During this workshop you will learn to recognise the true structure of fear, which will allow you to choose when to be afraid in order to be safe from genuine harm and when to release imagined fears.  You will learn mental exercises to promote feelings of harmony, safety and abundance which will help propel you to achieve your goals.
 
It maybe easier for you to feel and hear rather than make pictures.
